Whether we write for publication or for ourselves, writing is an effective way of identifying the patterns and turning points of our personal narratives, to let go of the stories we tell ourselves and to discover the voice of our soul. It is our soul that writes our biography.
In this course you will learn how to let your creativity flow so that it can nourish and heal you.
We use creative self-expression and journaling techniques to go deep inside.
We use our sharpened pencils to poke our soft inner core. Healing and creativity flow from the same source.
