The 21-Day Writing Challenge is a self-paced course, to help you start writing, then continue even when inspiration falters. With writing prompts and inspiration, you too can begin to explore yourself on the page, finding new perspectives on your life and the world around you.

Emails will be sent every second day. You will receive a total of 13 emails, including two downloadable singing bowl meditations.

The course comes with an optional private Facebook group where we share our writing and where you will receive constructive feedback from me and other members of the group. This is a warm and supportive community. Sharing your writing will make you grow and own your creative power!

Why Write Every Day?

Whether you are a published author, or maybe you are wondering how to start a creative writing project, or perhaps you simply want to use writing as a tool for self-discovery, writing every day has many benefits to both body and mind.

Writing every day:

  • trains the writing muscle
  • sharpens your skills of observation and description
  • builds momentum
  • keeps you connected to your creativity
  • provides clarity and focus
  • is an ongoing dialogue with yourself
  • can be an act of self-care or a spiritual practice.

All it takes is 15 minutes a day.

It’s not what you write, but how often you write!

Over 1000 participants have taken the 21-Day Writing Challenge

Blogs have been started, short stories have been written, ideas for novels have been explored and entire manuscripts have been completed and accepted for publication.

And many many journals all over the world have been filled with raw creative energy.

Many of us have stories of how a teacher or parent taught us that creativity is something you outgrow as you mature. It’s never too late to reclaim your creativity.

Allow yourself to create & to feel empowered!

If you know someone who could use a little more calm and clarity in their life, I’d be delighted if you shared this course with them.

Praise for the 21 Day Writing Challenge
Before I enrolled on the 21-Day Writing Challenge I never considered myself a writer. I occasionally felt inspired to write the odd poem, and kept a journal as I found it therapeutic. When I saw the course, I just thought to myself, ‘why not give it a try’. I’m so glad I did. The prompts and tips were an eye opener. I really enjoyed it. I surprised myself when I shared my work. I just went for it which is actually very unusual for me as I am normally quite guarded. Any reservations I may have had were unfounded, the comments and feedback were so kind and encouraging. Reading the other writers’ posts was a joy. This e-course has given me a new passion for writing and the impetus to keep going. Thank you!

I have really enjoyed the 21 day writing challenge. The prompts really helped me remember why I loved writing so much and gave me an outlet again for my feelings. Thank you so much for creating this and being so supportive. I loved the Facebook Group because everyone is so nice and encouraging. I am still nervous about sharing my writing, even admitting to people that I’m a writer is hard. But this program has made me see that I don’t have to be published to be a writer. I’m a writer because I write and that’s something that’s always been special to me.

Beginning my new year with the 21-Day Write Your Journey Challenge was a wonderful way to start 2018. I’m already a professional writer with a daily writing practice and this little challenge stretched me as a writer in every way. Even better was the private FB group of participating writers sharing our innards and giving each of us the confidence to really let go with the pen. I’m a much better writer because of this course.

Kerstin’s 21-day-challenge was a big help for me to get me writing regularly. I’m not a writer. During my trip through Asia I got into the habit to write down my thoughts and feelings once in a while. Journaling-style. However with the writing prompts I got from Kerstin I expanded my writing into creating little stories, sometimes funny, sometimes tragic once, which I’ve never done before. Sometimes I found myself laughing about my own little stories. It was an interesting experience for me. Kerstin puts a lot of thought, care and effort in her courses. She really knows a lot about writing and brings it across in a very easy way. You get a lot in this course including a few sound bowl meditation, which are beautiful and you can use them separate from the writing if you want to. I can only recommend giving this challenge a try. It is indeed a challenge!
